Prof. Rebecca White

Director of the John P. Lowth Entrepreneurship Center – Tampa University

Director of the John P. Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Tampa, Professor Rebecca White is also founder and CEO of Whiteboard Advising, LLC, which helps companies of all sizes develop an entrepreneurial mindset and foster innovation. She is also an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and Women Corporate Directors.

Prior to her work at the University of Tampa, she created one of the top 25 nationally ranked entrepreneurship programs at Northern Kentucky University and was founder and director of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Institute, an educational program for women entrepreneurs offered in partnership with The New York Times.

Through her consulting society, WhiteBoard Advising, Dr. White is translating her research on innovation and talent development into useful tools that help founders, entrepreneurs, and top management teams create value in an Industry 4.0 environment.
